The stars of the next generation are certainly young, but first and foremost they are friends who love to make music together and to explore and play the inexhaustible chamber music repertoire. They are performing a programme packed with thrills and surprises which will take us from Mozart, who is close to every one’s heart, to Shostakovich’s neglected masterpiece Seven Romances on Poems by Alexander Blok, and includes the ultra-famous Two Songs from Opus 91 by Brahms.
